SidePorch supported the work of Vibrant Data Labs (VDL) in developing the Climate Finance Tracker.
VDL combines data science and network theory into flexible visual tools to tackle systemic social challenges.
The climate problem is incredibly complex and will not be solved alone. In order to empower interested groups to understand and attack this existential challenge, we need a better way to navigate emerging networks across for-profit, non-profit and government sectors.To do so, we have started to create the largest searchable, open-source visual database of how climate funding flows to organizations and companies on the ground. The Climate Finance Tracker (CFT) allows climate funders and ‘ecosystem builders’ to collaborate more effectively.Access this tool via the link below.
